Delivery modalities :
The transport service is door to door. Shipments will be made to the shipping address indicated by the user during the order.
The order can be shipped the same day as it is placed as long as it is paid and made before 12:00 noon.
It is important to correctly indicate the postal code, town, province and telephone number.
For the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are free from 65 euros for purchases.
For the EU, shipping costs are free from 120 euros of purchases.
Delivery times:
The approximate delivery time is indicated during the course of the sale. In the event that these deadlines expire without having received the product, the customer can open a claim. Shipments always have a tracking number and we are at your disposal to accompany you and act in the tracking of your shipment.
Deliveries are considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the customer or person authorised by him, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company. Precautions to be taken into account at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all the appropriate reservations and complaints, including the possibility of rejecting the package, if it has been opened or if it has manifest signs of deterioration.

RETURNS:
Orders in process cannot be modified or cancelled.
Return orders could be done with in 14 days for unused and unopened products.
What products can I return?
- All products that have not been opened can be returned.
What products can I NOT return?
- All opened and/or used products cannot be returned.
Regarding seeds:
Seed germination is prohibited in many countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they comply with the law.
Ungerminated seeds will be accepted as long as germination is legal in the country of destination and that the growing conditions have been suitable.
